A few years ago I managed to lose 30lbs and keep it off. Then recently gained weight back. 10lbs. I was doing keto and working out 5 days a week. I then stopped for no real reason, just got lazy.
I've already stopped drinking alcohol and binge eating. Today, I'm gonna start drinking only water and counting calories! When I get paid, I'm gonna go buy all my healthy foods and meal prep. Meal prepping is so embarrassing to me though :( I live with others and I know they judge me for being "extra" but I wanna be happy with my body.
I was doing good with the mentality that o should eat for "fuel", not just because you're bored.
