Any tips on fruit/healthy snacks for someone with GERD?

So I've got like 70lbs to lose, which I've gained over the past three or four years, in large part due to poor physical and mental health. I lost weight successfully 15 years ago and kept it off for ten years, but I didn't need to snack much at all then, whereas I do now due to POTS, and cos I'm no longer a teenager with nothing to do except be hungry all day.

So far, my main healthy snacks are pomegranates, apples and seeds of different sorts. What other types of high fibre or low acid fruits or snacks might be good? I'm thinking of getting coconuts when they come into shops here again.

Nuts unfortunately tend to give me heartburn and nausea if I eat a bunch by themselves, and I don't know why. Anything like berries or citrus I can only have in small amounts, and though I do try, I'm not the biggest fan of bananas. So any suggestions would be welcome.
