After 2 months of eating mostly healthy...

Last night I had a piece of chocolate mousse cake. It was delicious. It was a conscious decision. No guilt or anything. I prepared for it...

but let me tell you.... it messed up with my digestive system.

I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago when I had 2 slices of pizza within my caloric budget and also felt like shit next day.

It’s so good but sometimes is not worth it. I feel like 2 months ago when I used to binge drinking and load up on crappy food after. 😷

I’ll take this as a good sign that eating healthy is actually pretty good and maybe that will help me not eat my treats, even though I allow myself to do so with no guilt. Just because I can eat, doesn’t mean I should. Lol

Stay strong everyone and drink water 💪🏻
