I work out 6 times a week. No cardio (don't have time), just a ABC2X.
Started a cutting at 1st January with 1850 calories, went down to 1750 and I'm now cycling carbs with 3 days low 1 day high.
I feel like my calories are to low but I'm not losing fat as I should. I started with 71kg at 1st January and I'm at 68kg now. What am I doing wrong? I've seen a bunch of 5'8 guys cutting with much higher calories than me.
Carb cycling at: 3 days low carb -> 164g protein / 50g fat / 83g carb = 1437 calories
1 day high carb -> 99g protein / 37g fat / 356g carb = 2151 calories
