Happy Tuesday. It's not Monday & that's a win. I hope you are all slaying it today!
Weight by end of the month 268 - 265: 273.6 this morning. 273.7 trend weight.
Stay in calorie goal (net): Should be good today, no exercise so right on the nose. 5/5
Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day ahoy, which is fabulous because I am sore today. 3/5
Self-care journaling once a week & love journals once a month: I've journaled but haven't got to the love journals just yet. 1/4 weeks.
Self-care treat once a week: I have face masks I need to try. 1/4 weeks.
Practice drawing everyday: I drew horses yesterday. Not sure what I'll get up to today, probably faces. 4/5.
