What fitness/health tools can you not live without? And what things are you still looking for?

I'll start!

Things I can not live without.

Apple watch- I've never worn a watch before (and I hate wearing one) but this helps me stay accountable. I have closed all my rings everyday. And I really like that it tracks how many times I've exceeded my calorie goal and suggests a new goal for me to try for.

Catalyst sports bra- I hate the price, $68 but it's really helped my poor rib cage. It doesn't feel luxurious at all, the fabric reminds me of something they use on the international space station, but it does it's job. My girls are snug, and after a while the bra doesn't even feel like its there anymore.

BodyBoss Method Book (and online subscription)- I work out with a personal trainer two days a week, walk my dog twice a day, and usually do a few miles on my treadmill everyday. But this book (buying the book gives you online access as well) gives me great split suggestions, and helps me know what to do next. Sometimes I can't think about what to workout, or what exercises I should be doing together, so this helps immensely.

Cell phone belt- I guess this could be called a fanny pack (ew). I purchased a small black belt that has a tiny compartment for my phone, and a small place to put your keys that I use for my mace. It seems all my workout pants have teeny tiny slits, I'm guessing they are for a single key (?). I can never fit my phone in them and used to just slip it into the waist and eventually it would be falling down my pant leg (the worst when trying to get a run in).

What I am still looking for.

Good running shoes! I have tried Asics, New Balance and Brooks. I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Maybe I'm asking for too much? I want very low profile (like the New Balance I currently have) similar to Converse, but with a lot of support/cushion. Does such a thing exist??
