Hello, I got an InBody done today to give me an idea of where I am now and where I need to be. The guy who helped me didn't really say anything and just handed me the sheet; not really sure who to ask. Would appreciate the help.
A little background: I'm 21F and I've gained a lot of weight during college and I'm hoping to get back into being more active and losing weight. I don't know how accurate these tests are but I'd really appreciate some insight into what exactly its telling me and where I need to improve. Am I in an unhealthy or alarming range for anything? I really wish the people at the gym would do more than just print out the paper.
