Hi guys I have been exercising for about a week. I mostly workout/lose weight during cycle and then fatten up during winter and repeat the vicious cycle but this year I decided that it's time to break this routine. I am at 21yo female, 5'2, was at around 120lb starting out and my weight has been fluctuation drastically, going as low as 114lb or up to 119lb. And I have been trying to weigh myself around the same time everyday but it still fluctuates like crazy. I haven't felt bloated at all recently and I'm not even near my periods. Any explanation on this? Any good app that tracks moving averages of my weight?
