Taking life one day at a time

Today was great. I woke up and had a goal in mind. I wasnt going to drink anything but water. I was going to stay in my calorie limits and I was going to enjoy everything I ate. That is exactly I what I did.

I have never been a morning eater so I woke up and just had a small cereal bar. For lunch I had a sandwhich with ham Turkey cheese mayo and mustard and a 2 cup side salad with ranch. I started getting a sweet tooth so I ate a single see's candy and for dinner had two slices of pepperoni pizza and a salad.

It seems like I ate a lot but when I add it all up it was only 1405 calories. I also was able to get in a few workouts. One being at the gym the others were playing just dance. In high school I loved dancing and so finding a way to include it in my cardio makes it much more sustainable for me.

I know it's only one day but for now on that's how I'm going to live. Just one day at a time. I can plan weeks and months in advance but I always slip and fall and then give up on myself. So by taking it one day I can really focus on now and stop worrying about tomorrow.

Finally as always any advice is greatly appreciated. I hope to make it work.
