So, without food, what gets you high?

I know for myself, being fat has almost nothing to do with not knowing what to eat or how much, but rather, relying on food like a drug for stress relief or entertainment value. I've honestly eaten so poorly for so long that I find it incredibly difficult to enjoy activities or calm down if food isn't in the equation. (Yes, I know, therapy would be good--working on it.)

But in the meantime, what do you guys do to get your fix now that you're all trying to eat to live and not living to eat? What sorts of activities bring you that blissful nirvana without, you know, the almost immediate disappointment and long-term negative consequences?
