Hi /r/LoseIt! I just wanted to post an update because I'm pretty happy with my progress so far! I started at 86kg around just under 5 months ago and to date I've lost 11kg (24lbs)! I'm at 74kg right now and feeling good about how I'm doing.
I've been mostly just doing CICO and some running and lifting. The last couple of weeks I've not exercised as much due to real life circumstance but I've still been eating at a deficit. It hasn't been too hard to keep close to my daily allowance so I've been staying sane and just carrying on. Hopefully in a couple more months I'll be a lot closer to goal weight.
