After years of destroying my body and my bank account by eating out 1-3 times a day, I've gone 4 days in a row without eating out. No pizzas, no chicken wings, no McDonalds meals, no iced coffees before work even. It feels amazing, I feel healthier already (that sounds stupid but I actually do).
I got an instant pot over the holidays and I've been using it near daily. I have no excuse to be going out to eat when I can just throw stuff in the Instant Pot and leave it until it's done.
I didn't make this my new years resolution or anything but hopefully it's the first step becoming a healthy weight again.
