Mac and Cheese

It's gonna work this time. You know why? Because I just ate mac and cheese for dinner. I mean yes there were brussel sprouts and chicken breast underneath, but I still got to eat my mac and cheese. Before, it would be a whole bowl of noodles with meat sauce covered in cheese and a side of garlic bread. Now, I fit my mac and cheese into my daily calorie allotment (~1300) and enjoy it with a little healthy veg on the side.

This is the 5th, 10th, 20th time I've started. But this time, it will stick. Because I'm not cutting it all out. I'm learning how to fit what I like into my diet and make it a little healthier. So, eat your mac and cheese kids, and enjoy the ride. I know I will, and I'm having a chocolate covered banana for dessert.
