Losing weight while sleep deprived

Hi, I have been asking a lot if questions lately and I appreciate all the support!

I'm 5'2" 177 lbs down from 180 Jan 1. My lowest adult weight was 140-145lbs

My goal weight is under 135 to achieve a healthy BMI.

I have been trying to stick to 1200 cals a day, but I find this tough to achieve some days and I find that I have little energy for exercise.

For some background, I have a 1.5 year old who sleeps like crap and is up 2 or 3 times every night still. I work noon to midnight 2 to 3 days a week so I often dont get to sleep til 130am and then am up at 6 or 7 with him. I usually nap with him in the middle of the day because I'm exhausted, but I know I should use that time to exercise instead.

I notice that my hunger surges and my ability to resist temptation as well when I'm really sleep deprived.

Obviously getting more sleep would be the answer but I dont see that happening any time soon.

How to get the motivation and energy to exercise and make good choices?
