I read this forum every night before I go to sleep and give advice where I can to others, I like many others started my journey just after New Years, it was actually the 2nd January when I started as I was hungover on the 1st.
Reading other people’s stories has kept me motivated and in just 16 days I have lost 14 pounds/ 1 stone from Intermittent fasting, CICO and lifting weights.
My starting weight was 190 pounds and I’ve just weighed my self and weighed in at 176 pounds. The walk from my bathroom to the bedroom was similar to the one Connor Mcgreggor does with his arms swinging by his side.
So yeah keep at it, stay positive, you’ve got this 💪🏼
