I just read an article that I should just stop delaying the date of starting losing weight and just start today. My problem is though is that we only have 10 dollars (mother is on furlough because of an injury that may last a year+ to recover), 3 meals, 2 people (me & my mother). Is there any sort of way I can eat healthy on such a low budget? What am I going to do long term? I wanna meal-prep but I don't have any containers for it, I cannot afford to buy containers, and if I don't meal-prep I just get super stressed and this is what has stopped me before.
