I need help

I feel like I'm getting no where, of course, I haven't really tried either. For the past couple of years I know that I have been packing on the weight. I have a job where i sit at a job all day practically and stare at a computer, and i know I shouldn't be tired when I get home and should be able to work out. I'm currently at 265 pounds and I want to lose the weight, my fiance is in the same boat, she is currently at 375 and we are both at a sedimentary job. I just want to learn how to eat healthier and know what works and what doesn't work. We are getting married in October and i know her and I would love to be more comfortable in what we are wearing. Anything helps, thank y'all for listening. Sorry for the long post.
