I (25F) am having a really hard time motivating myself to lose weight. I few years ago, I tried just eating 1200 calories a day, with hardly any carbs, but I was hungry the whole time and lost maybe 3 pounds over the whole time. My boyfriend (30M) lost 40+ pounds from it. I got discouraged and gave up. Now, I’m fed up with myself and I’m at the point that I just don’t know what to do. I’m 5’7 at 200lbs. I work 8-5 and go to class at night 4 times a week. I want to be healthy again. I just don’t quite know where to start.
This is my first time posting, in this, so, I’m sorry if it isn’t done right.
