I lost fifteen pounds and I don’t know how I would have done it without you guys. The information here is invaluable.
Following CICO is the only sustainable thing I’ve ever done. Tracking everything so I know how much I’m eating and what I’m putting into my body has been priceless.
I’ve learned about portion control, about eating fulfilling foods to get the bang for my buck, I’ve learned to weigh out my foods (even peanut butter) (who am I kidding? ESPECIALLY peanut butter) to fit the things I want into my calorie goals, and to never ever give up.
It has been about all the small choices I make everyday and how they build up and build up to LONG TERM results
And it’s about discipline and the habit and not just the motivation. I’ve learned that motivation is fleeting and that if you commit to it that your habit of doing it will keep you going in the long run.
I’ve learned here to not put myself down, to push forward, to always track what i eat, to eat at a deficit, to find small goals that are not weight or food related.I have read stories that have lifted me up and made me more motivated the next day. You guys have been such a great support, I even shared in my Fitbit groups because I just want to spread the word of how to do this as far as I can and to recommend this place for others.
So here’s to the next fifteen pounds!!!
