I feel as if a choice has to be made between alcohol and a healthy weight

I feel as if a nightly drink or two is not sustainable. I feel as if I cannot lose anymore weight or maintain my current weight if I continue to drink in the evenings.

I do not over-drink but when I drink I do consume more food than I would otherwise even though I am cognizant of it happening. I think overall it is difficult to maintain one’s weight while also enjoying a nightly drink.

If you are able to drink and also maintain your weight or even lose weight, I would be interested to hear how you do so.
