I'm a man of 30 years old and i'm here to loose a lot a weight. I am 130 kg now... It's time to tell you a bit of my story.
10 years ago a i had a knee operation who lead me to arthrosis 5 years later.
On the year 2016 i started a diet who was almost a succes i went down to 100kg but i released myself and i start to gain weight again. On 2017 i had a sport accident and my knee was giving me a lot of pain. I wasn't able to move as i want and in my job the things were not going well. I regain all my starting weight. One day my knee was giving so much pain i had to go to the doctor, and my knee is not in good condition anymore.
In short term, my doctor tell me i have to lost a lost of weight if i want to avoid another knee operation.
So my main raison in to lost weight, aese the pain in my knee, and get fi again ! I just bought a Fitness tracker (Fitbit Versa) and for the moment it's help me to stay motivate. I also take note all my food on myfitnesspal. My little goal is to lost 5kg until the end of January.
