From soft 135 to 118 & back up to 145, muscle does weigh more than fat by volume.

Here is the updated photo I posted something similar few months ago but here are updated Before, Mid and Current photos . Not your typical loseit I guess but still shows the importance of fat loss and what gaining muscle mass can do for the body. I started at 135lbs of soft and shred down to the photo you see on the left to 118 for my first ever competition. From there I spent the last few years working on putting on healthy muscle mass and I fluctuate anywhere from 135-145lbs now. As far as my diet, I have now tried everything over the last 3 years, currently on Keto with great results, mood and little cravings. Im able to sustain the muscle mass. Prior to this I was on a more or less low carb diet with a weekly cheat meal. Workouts are 4-6 days a week with leg day being two of those. I lift "heavy" so to speak as to be able to grown - however I never went through a bulk stage since I am a model and need to maintain a somewhat lean physique year round.

And I'll address it before someone points it out (it always happens) - Yes, I am the girl that was once part of the WBC and escaped that cult. No, I do not believe any of their BS any longer. I did an AMA here on Reddit a few years back about it, I even wrote a book about my time in the cult and my escape (this isn't a plug for it). No, I still do not have any contact with my family. Yes many other children have escaped the cult. Also, yes I am a registered nurse, fitness model now & Certified Personal Trainer. You can find more of my progress pics and story on IG but I dont think they will let me put my handle here.
