From 190lbs to 165, because special forces.

I'm a wannabe officier in the army, and the results come great except for two things. I was a little overweight (5,8ft, 190lbs but also strong, since I nailed the sport part of the selection) and I'm at 24% body fat. The other thing was asthma, or even the medication I take to get my respiration normal. I never suffered from an asthma attack but I took for years seretide, which was not a good start in order to join the special forces, especially the French one who basically jumps at 3000 meters. So despite having the capacities to join, my appliance was declined bc asthma drugs.

So, since the 11 of December (when I took the test), I simply trashed all my meds and after a few days, I was able to breathe normally without them. Then I decided to go to my ideal weight, 165. I will ask to get re evaluated in order to be able to join the SF and follow my dreams, but before I need to lose weight and strengthen my lungs, since I will need to prove by medical test than I can live without the drugs. I ordered a training mask to enhance my lungs capacity and I will update every now and then, for now I weight 178lbs and still exercice everyday with no problem.

TL;DR : too fat and asthma drugs prevented me to join the special forces, trashed the drugs and trying my best to fight the fat.
