I know scales aren’t always accurate, but I weigh myself weekly (every Tuesday). I’m 5’3”, 25f. I have some extra weight everywhere but especially in my gut.

For the new year, I decided to eat healthier and try a low-carb pescatarian-based diet. My max daily intake is ideally 1,200, though I’d be okay with hitting 1,500. I used to have between 2,500-3,000 a day.
Breakfast options: oatmeal with fruit, yogurt with granola, or eggs
Lunch options: tuna, salad, or soup. I try to keep lunch as small as possible
Dinner: fish (salmon, Mahi, shrimp) with veggie side, maybe a salad or soup
But the best part is I still get to have my glass of wine and Ferrero Rocher at the end of my day.
