Hi. I've been counting calories and weighing myself for about three weeks now. The scale indicates I've lost only 9 lbs. I'm tracking my intake and regularly intaking about 1100-1200 calories a day. I'm 43, 271 lbs. Am I simply to old for my body to change? I don't move around too much because of back and leg pain and my occupation. I'm trying to change that of course. I need help, advice and encouragement. My husband is also working on losing weight. He's not tracking calories but has changed the types of food he eats (we both have) and I think he's lost a pound over me which frankly is killing me. Thanks!!
