Hi! I’m not new to this sub but I just want general advice from someone who’s been in my position.
I’m looking to lose 20lb or so in the next 8-9 weeks at a minimum. Based on calculations it puts me at 1210 calories per day. I am active on a regular basis and I am 5’1 174lbs.
Every time I tell someone this I’m told my weight will just plateau soon because I’m “starving” myself but like whaaat? I’m just annoyed and want to make sure this is correct for me and that I’m definitely eating to reach my goals but still staying healthy.
Should I shortly cut calories or is it normal to just cut the way I am now? My TDEE is approx 2300-2350 depending on the day.
