Back at the beginning, so discouraging

So, I lost 5kg in the two last months of 2018. Had a rough start with a lot of cravings and hunger etc, but once I got into the habit it all worked out well. Felt totally back on track and looked foward to reaching my goal.

Then I went for a five week working holiday. Had no means of weighing my food and had to eat what was available. Havent really been binging or anything but havent really been eating healthy at all. And of course the 5kg popped right back.

It feels so discouraging. I wish I could enjoy a lifestyle that allows for some flexibility. Is total rigorousity to the point of obsession about food what it takes for me? For the rest of my life?

I feel the difference in my body. It now craves unhealthy food again and I have to go through the process of "abstinence"... thats what it feels like.

I also have PCOS which makes it even harder. Need to loose 15-20kg in total to be at my desired weight. Not too much it may seem, but those kg are so f*cking stubborn! Also would love to quit my nicotine addiction but that doesnt go well with weightloss so I have to prioritize I guess. Just wish my body could be in balance and behave normally...

Sorry for the rant, just wanted to put it into words. I dont talk about this with anyone irl.
