90 Pounds (of fat) lost, nearly halfway there

I started about 7 months ago.

I have lost a huge chunk of fat but also gained muscles.

Still learning how to manage my eating daily, ups and downs and mandatory junk food lapses here and there.

Whole this time also i have been learning to do a very hard workout routine 2 times per week + one cardio per week.

I am saying learning, as i still feel like i am so early in my path to get in better physical fitness.

I have PT guiding my way and without this guy i would not be here, or never would have pushed this hard for these results.

Anyone thinking about getting a PT i recommend to get a good trainer to help your struggle, but keep away from those who just take your money and sends a email once a week. Motivation comes from demanding workout partner.

All the struggle start to pay off now with so much easier daily life, but from now on forwards the going will start to get tougher as i need to push myself to maintain the eating and do my best in the gym.

I have not lost the weight as much as i have gained mobility and joy of life.

Keep at it!
