Update to my crying in the bathroom after eating a chocolate bar post!

I picked myself up again, followed the advice I was given and I’m looking into professional help. I also have started using MFP again, to start. This week I’ve started tracking without making any dietary changes just to see what I’m eating and to make tracking a habit again. Here’s what I’ve learned so far:

  1. I am consistently eating anywhere between 250-350 calories too much everyday.

  2. I am also checking out my macros, and learned that I am eating more carbohydrates than my body likes (I’m usually good in the 50-80 g net carbs per day).

No wonder the weight slowly crept back up. I’m still bummed I allowed it to happen, but now I feel empowered with information I can use to achieve my goals. I am going to adjust my eating habits accordingly and start making changes.

Thanks everyone!
