Turning 50 soon and need to commit -- starting today!

I've been up and down in weight but am only increasing in age! Cholesterol is high, blood pressure needs work. I want to eat healthily but find I binge too much. I found Huel, Mealsquares, Soylent, etc., so I think I'll be trying to use those as I don't bing on them :) Huel has an Oxford nutritionist on their team so I hope that means good things because I've heard some bad things about complete meals. Anyway, I think that logging my progress regularly (daily?) is the motivation I need to make my needed changes so I can appreciate my family better by being in good health before I turn 50. I think a lot of us are making commitments in the next day or so--here's to a healthier tomorrow!

For today my weight is 201.6 I am M 5'10" -- my doctor says 160 is what I should aim for (and, of course, I binged last night and feel terrible today) -- oh well!
