Someone else get scared they're not getting the "best" meal at a restaurant?

A few weeks ago I started to log my calorie intake and trying to make better choices when picking my meals.

I love to eat out and used to do so several times a week + order takeout after work.

I've realized now that whenever I'm choosing a meal I'm scared almost to the point of anxiety I'm not gonna pick the yummiest, biggest, most satisfying choice I could've had and regretting it through the entire meal. That's why I always have my usuals which are pretty much the most "luxurious" (most toppings, biggest piece of meat, etc) variety of something. It gets worse in restaurants because I feel pressed for time to make a decision.

Anyone else struggling with this or something similar? Or am I the only one?
