Quick crowd source + important question

Hey friends!!

Happy new year. M28 196 down 30, w 16 left.

I took two weeks off tracking, lifting, & IF cause my house completed construction and moved in, traveling home Christmas without great control over food in my parents house, and celebrated getting under 200.

But, now I have a lot of anxiety from not tracking. I suppose this is a good thing overall, but I would like to put something in those days count for macros and calories.

Here is my idea for that; Since I have 10 days out of the last 3 months that I went completely off track and ate/drank whatever I wanted, I was thinking about taking the average of all those days (macro and calories) and just putting SOMETHING in the ballpark that’s relatively close because it’s really messing with my data.

Further, I want to know (ballpark, obviously it’s relative) how much two weeks off makes you gain weight back. I would like to understand for future situations like this so I can help myself draw a line after I reach my goal and go back into maintenance.

Probably a dumb thing to ask but having ANY support or disagreement is better then just my own head.

What do you think?
