Is it feasible to lose 40 pounds in two months?

Hello everyone,

After a long period of lassitude, I finally decided to take a firm grip on my lifestyle and my health by counting my calorie intake (800-850 calories a day, depending on what I eat) and losing about 400 calories a day (1 hour workout on the exercise bicycle).

I know that my diet is a little drastic and insalubrious and so I am trying to make up for it by taking supplements such as vitamins and omega-3.

I wanted to ask you if it is actually possible to lose 40 pounds in 2 months if I keep doing what I said above.

Please do not sugarcoat anything and if you have some piece of advice you wish to give me, please feel free to do so.
