Hello all,
Been lurking for a while now. A brief history I decided to lose weight July 2016. Peak weight of 333 lbs. 6'2" Female. I cut out some fast food and slowly increased my exercise. Mar 2018 I was down to 308. July 2018 I was at 302 when I found this sub
After being fairly diligent using CICO keeping to 2300 calories per day I am down to 243. My goal is 180 lbs. I'm getting my first tattoo, simply "333 to One-derland" in a nice font on my forearm once I hit One-derland. When I stay in One-derland for a year straight I'll get some surrounding flourish to celebrate.
Now last night at work someone brought in a container of biscuits covered with Belgium chocolate. They were delicious. I started out with one, then another and by the end of the night I emptied the container. I guess about 1700 calories.
I am utterly ashamed. I don't expect to be able to keep to my healthy eating habits 100% over the holidays nothing wrong with that however the binge behavior is utterly stupid. This won't stop me from reaching One-derland but this single incidence of binge eating will cause me to be about a half pound heavier than I should be for the next 6 months.
This is as dumb as waking up every morning and putting a half pound of rocks in my pocket everyday for 6 months. That is the cost and consequence of a single incidence of giving in to my urges.
I come to you all now because talking about my failures and admitting my weakness is a huge part of not failing next time. I really appreciate this sub. You all have literally added years to my life and I thank all of you and your posts.
To One-derland and beyond!!!
