Im a 17 year old 406 pound male.

I honestly dont know where to start my problem is that I'm a volume eater I'll eat alot in one sitting and be fine but I feel like serving sizes are always to small like if something says 16 pieces and I look at the bag and think that's nothing and I hate that about myself I want to change I have tried so many times but nothing seems to stick. Can you guys help I want to start off slow and slowly pick up the pace it's gotten to the point in life where I'm struggling to walk around my school.

I cant think of anything else to say about this besides talk about my eating habits and yes I know there horrible. For dinner I had a chicken cheese steak and 20 oz mtn dew for launch I had 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and for breakfast I had captain crunch this is about what a Regular day of eating looks like for me so I dont know what else to say hopefully the bot won't stop me this time. Lol
