How do you treat yo' self without food?

This might sound like a silly question, but I suspect emotional eating, even for celebratory reasons, is a major problem for many of us here. I know it is for me.

I have grown up in a family whose celebrations revolved exclusively around feasting, and needless to say, I picked up on the habit. So, now, in an attempt to break the habit, I am trying to make a list of ideas for treating myself - whether it is to congratulate myself for passing a particularly demanding course or to relax.

I thought the wonderful people of /r/loseit might have interesting suggestions, and might enjoy a public compilation like this!

I'll go first: I've ordered Bath & Body Works candles for the first time in my life, and boy am I glad I did. Having the Hot Cocoa and Cream one lit in the house actually feels like sipping on hot cocoa. (I hope you will appreciate the irony in my replacement for food, haha.)
