A question about calorie intake

I am getting married next September and I am finally getting on a health kick to lose weight. I am 6’1 M and was 250 pounds when I started, with a goal of 220 lbs or less. I am now down to 240 after about 2 weeks after a lot of healthy eating and exercising using the couch to 5k app.

My big question is whether or not I’m doing this in a healthy way. I am eating lunches and dinners delivered by Territory that are Whole30 compliant, and range from around 400-700 calories, so I am averaging around 1200 calories since I don’t eat breakfast. My TDEE is around 3300 calories. I don’t feel like I’m starving myself, and I definitely have enough energy to go through the day. Even with that said, I just want to make sure I’m eating enough calories to stay healthy as I lose weight for the big day.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks so much!
