yo guys, have a question about sub 1500 cal diets for 250lb+ guys

so i’ve been getting on the good path lately. yo what the actual fuck.

260ish around the beginning of this semester

247 around three weeks ago

236 last week, great great feeling

248 today, granted i ate and have been drinking a lot of water.

wtf guys. i’m eating less than 1500 cals a day, i’m lifting with my buddies, and then i usually stick around to do some cardio after. what’s going on? also damn i need some motivation. i hate these kinds of things

but honestly guys, can you bigger guys tell me how much your weight usually fluctuated during these high weights? and how often should you measure your weight and stuff?
