Week 2 on CICO Check-In

Hello there! Katia here, checking in with my two week progress.

5'10, female
SW: 230, CW: 224, GW: 200

Here's how I've done with my calories for the last two weeks. Calorie graph. I haven't had dinner yet today (waiting on sushi!) so ignore the day all the way to the right with too little calories.

My stomach is, at least to my touch, noticeably a little smaller, and my face looks a little thinner and brighter. I feel a little more confident in myself as well. Today I wore a crop top for pretty much the first time ever and I totally rocked it.

As for how I'm handling it? I feel fantastic, physically and mentally. Contrary to what I expected going in, my body has been giving pretty much no resistance to eating so much less food.

The hardest part has been not snacking too much between meals or at night, which I generally do out of boredom or craving rather than hunger. If I do feel hunger pangs and know I'm still a ways off from a meal, I generally have a 100ish calorie snack and they go away. I'm pretty satisfied with having 200-300 calorie breakfast and lunch, a 600 calorie dinner, and one or two 100 calorie snacks. Anything more than that is just gluttony and knowing I have extra calories to spend in my budget.

Overall, it's going really well and I'm excited to see my progress on the scale continue!
