So tired...

So I've being losing weight since the beginning of September and as you can see, I'm roughly half way there. I've been eating at 1300 cals/day for almost two months now (just ate better for the first month) and I don't know if that's the issue or not, but I've been SO tired in the last week. Like can't get off the couch after work tired. Also not sleeping particularly great either.

I'm a wee bit of a hypochondriac and I'm starting to spin out that something is wrong (like low iron or thyroid issues or who knows what else). I know this isn't the place to ask for medical advice, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this during their weight loss?

I take B12 and D vitamins everyday and magnesium when I remember. I haven't cut anything out of my diet except for fast food and junk food. Yesterday I made myself a steak and baked potato for supper and took something to help me sleep and I feel moderately better today.

Has anyone here had to readjust their daily calories because they were so tired? If so, what did you increase it by so that you still lost weight?
