So proud of myself.

Today I hit the 40 pound mark! 310 to 270 in a little less than 3 months, and it’s just so surreal. When I first started I remember telling myself “As if I’m gonna be able to lose weight, will never happen to me” but I proved myself wrong. Anyone can do it, all you have to do is start and take it one day at a time.

I know i still have a long way to go but now that I’ve made it here, I’m feeling so optimistic about getting down to 250 and beyond. Any tips or ideas to keep on track from you all are appreciated. I really can’t thank this subreddit enough for all the motivation and inspiration it gives. :)
