NSV - My agility has improved!!!

I have been on my journey for 4 months now. I've lost 20-25 pounds (depends on the day/scale/water weight). I've always played soccer, at least for the past 10 years or so in a recreational indoor league (nothing crazy). I've done ok, but I have been carrying 40-50 pounds more of myself than I need to for the past 25 years, always hovering between 170-185lbs. (I am 5'5, F, 37) Anyhow, I've loved soccer, it's kept me probably from ballooning more, because my issue is food. But, that's not what this is about. I played soccer tonight and I was able to guard and jockey against other players (like, just guard them, moving left and right rapidly with so much more ease than last year. I could change direction without the extra weight causing me to go off balance, or get tired so easily. I felt so much more agile and able to keep going and just .... play! It was so liberating!!! So while I still have a long way to go to lose the muffin top and excess weight - tonight's victory of how much better it felt to play as someone at 157 pounds instead of 185 was absolutely astounding. I'm on top of the world!!!
