Maintenance is around the corner

I’m approaching ultimate goal weight and my progress has slowed to around 1kg per month. Even though progress is slow and I’m now just coasting, I can feel the maintenance phase is just around the corner. Exciting stuff but also daunting!

My CICO started at a basic 1,520 calories in everyday and any activity I do is a bonus to the current deficit. This calorie limit will be my maintenance amount and something I’m going to commit to for life.

Thought I’d put some feelers out there to get as much advice as possible from those who are currently maintaining as it’s such an underrated topic, though it will be the long game for all of us.

So please, any tips, suggestions or advice on overcoming obstacles are all welcome. I want to make sure after succeeding with losing, I keep it all off this time!
