I really need to avoid eating what my family will make so I offered to make it myself. Problem is, I'm not so good at cooking, though I can surely do it if I have a recipe to follow.
• It needs to be simple with ingredients I can find at a grocery store and it would be the best if it was some chicken with rice.
• As low calorie as possible but tasty enough so my judgemental mom and grandma wouldn't judge it.
• If you have any recipes like that I would love to know. Please tell me how many calories it has too.
If you don't have a recipe I would be happy with just tips too!
