I hit, well, not my target weight but close to it and I felt so happy and joyful and finally looked like I remembered me.
I managed to keep the weight off for about six months, but the dark, long days and extra stress due to an overload of work to do has meant that I'm falling. I haven't gained loads of weight back, but a couple of kilos (5 lbs).
How do you guys deal with that? Added stress was what caused me to be overweight in the first place and I thought I had it covered but I'm slipping right into my old patterns.
I just lack any type of energy I used to have. I still walk a lot and that's probably what's saved me from gaining more than this. I know it's not an awful lot of extra weight, it's just that I know it's going in the wrong direction and I want to stop it before I get fat again.
