Hi I'm 17 and I'm 5ft 9 and I weigh 147lbs. I use my fitnesspal to track everything and it's looking like I'm going to be going over my goal today and I'm not sure if I should ditch the meal and think of something else or just go ahead with it. I wanted to make a home made pizza today with some salad and everything is 1373 calories in total. This includes coffee and stevia (4 calories for the both of them)
I haven't had a pizza since August and I was really, really craving one today so I bought some Ingredients (a little sprinkle of cheese, tomato sauce, vegetable, mushroom,pepper, ham and I like egg on pizza which is a bit weird but I like it)
The last time I went over my calorie goal was on my birthday which was on the 26th of October. I weighed 152lbs on the 26th and now weigh 147lbs so I've lost 5 pounds since then. Anyways if I give in and have 1373 calories today will I gain a bit of weight since my body is used to 1100 calories? Or should I eat the 1373 calories and then go to the gym later during the day? Thanks
