So I'm planning on going on a diet as I've put on a lot of weight over the past few years. I plan on losing 70 pounds. This will be my first diet and all I know about dieting is what I've read on the internet.
My meals will consist of:
Morning:
Oatmeal (Everyday)
Lunch:
Eggs and/or fish
Vegetables
Dinner:
Some potatoes and various meats (mainly chicken, beef and liver), also vegetables
This will be the basis of my diet and I can eat any fruit and vegetables in between or with meals. Dinner might change but I will try to keep breakfast and lunch the same since I've heard they're healthy foods.
I will adjust portion sizes to keep at a calorie deficit. I'm more worried about the nutrition side. Is this plan good or do I need to change something? Any help is appreciated.
