How do I go about losing weight if I desire a future in the Air Force?

I’m 14 at the moment and I plan on joining the Air Force in the future to become a pilot, but it’s pretty obvious I need to be fit in order to make it.

Im 5,10 1/2, weigh 195 lbs , and I’m not very active, I only run about an 11 minute mile.

What can I do to get more fit and lose Wieght in time?

I had gotten down to about 186 in August due to some dieting but I ended up gaining that weight back after I stopped tracking calories.

Should I also start working out more, I used to lift a bit until I stopped in November since I got so busy, In the beginning of October I could bench about 55 lbs and by the end I could bench about 105, which isn’t impressive but it is a big growth.
