So its quite a busy week.
My aunts birthday is today my birthday is tomorow my dads is in 2 days and my moms is in 3 days and we always cook and eat really big in this „birthday“ week like alot of cake and good food and i love it but i feel fucking bad when eating it and especially after eating it (first time i experience this)
On top of that comes that i already ate not that healthy last week because a friend of mine visited me ( saw him the last time 1 year ago) and i showed him alot of cool food places (not the healthy kinds) and we were eating out basically every day for 5 days
Iam no near overweight (183cm 77-78kg) but iam fucking scared that i will gain weight and get fat idk and it feels fucking bad
Idk i hope some of you got some advice :/
