I have heard it's usually better to snack and eat more light meals than few big ones. But for me, my schedule, lifestyle, and just general tendencies make me prone to just eating one massive meal a deal.
I firmly believe in calories in vs caloried out. So if I just absolutely stuff myself silly with large amounts of food for just dinner while skipping snacking I should still lose weight right?
Like yesterday was a typical work day and it goes like this, I skip breakfeast, work through lunch, get home kinda early. Stuffed myself silly on seasoned white-meat-chicken tacos on low-calorie tortillas and low calorie salsa and cilantro. Am completely full, but still under daily calories by a decent amount. Then just sip black coffee for the rest of the day.
This is fine right?
